Logan Cashman, PT, DPT

With a decade of clinical experience, Logan Cashman specializes in research-based rehabilitation and personalized exercise programs. Logan was born and raised in Marin County, and is now raising a family and working in the same community. She graduated from University of Virginia (Wahoo Wah!) with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology before getting her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. With diverse clinical experience, she has spent the last decade with a focus on outpatient orthopedic rehab and Parkinson’s rehab. In addition to her clinical experience, she takes regular continuing education classes on a variety of orthopedic topics and renewed her certification as a Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery Therapist in January 2026. Outside of physical therapy, Logan enjoys spending time with her family, including two young daughters, hiking the ridges with her dog Layla, lifting weights, drinking coffee, and reading.

Our Approach to Recovery

Cashman Physical Therapy provides personalized physical rehabilitation and exercise services within a patient’s home or via telehealth. Our approach combines clinical precision with a compassionate, patient-centered philosophy to ensure every individual achieves their best possible outcomes and overall wellbeing. We also try to have a little fun along the way!

Home Workout Session

Parkinson's Specific Rehab

In-home assessment using standardized outcome measures, followed by one-on-one, personalized exercised-based treatment delivered by a PWR!-certified therapist. Care includes education on using exercise as medicine to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms, along with a customized home exercise program and coaching to build a well-rounded, sustainable routine.

Initial evaluation: 90 minutes - $300

Follow-up appointments: 60 minutes - $200

Leg Measurement Assessment

Individual or Group Personal Training

In-home personal training using minimal equipment, with a focus on addressing any areas of your body that need attention. Sessions are tailored to your individual or group goals and needs. Clients receive guidance in building a personalized exercise plan to best support their overall health and wellness.

Individual session: 60 minutes - $175

Group session: 60 minutes - $175 + $50 for each additional person

Physical Therapy Session

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

In-home assessment and treatment of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, using a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to each individual’s specific needs and goals. 

Initial evaluation: 60 minutes - $250

Follow-up appointments: 60 minutes - $200

Payment Disclaimer

Cashman Physical Therapy is a direct care provider and does not accept insurance, which means that payment (cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card) is required at the time of service. If you hope to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we advise you to contact your insurance company prior to your evaluation to find out your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy. Cashman Physical Therapy can provide you with receipts (superbill) if needed to submit along with your claim. However, the patient is responsible for submitting the claim and paperwork and we cannot guarantee any reimbursement from insurance companies.
